As a Foundation Board Member you will:

• Contribute your expertise and perspective to advance the Foundation and Health Center’s missions

• Help guide Foundation strategy and provide financial oversight

• Build community connections, introduce prospective supporters, and participate in fundraising and donor stewardship

• Make a minimum annual contribution of $1,000

• Attend six Board meetings annually on the third Wednesday of every other month from 6–8 pm via Zoom. Two to three meetings are held in person at various locations, with the first meeting of the year taking place virtually in January. Additional meetings are held throughout the year for members serving on the Executive, Finance, or Nominating committees.

• Attend at least one fundraising or donor appreciation event annually and help fill a table

• Commit to a three-year Board term and participate in ongoing Board learning and development
