Support the OCPA Legislative Action Committee (LAC)
Support the OSCPA Legislative Action Committee (LAC), the CPA profession’s political action committee in Oregon. Your contribution directly supports advocacy efforts that protect and advance the profession.

Strengthen the CPA Voice in Oregon
The OSCPA Legislative Action Committee (LAC) is the CPA profession’s political action committee in Oregon. Since 1982, the LAC has ensured that Oregon CPAs have a strong and respected voice in Oregon's legislative process.
Your contributions make this possible. Together, we protect the license, safeguard the profession, and build vital relationships with policymakers.

Why Your Support Matters
Protect the Profession: The LAC ensures that legislators hear the CPA perspective on issues that impact CPAs and taxpayers.
Amplify the Profession’s Influence: Contributions support understanding between CPAs and legislators who make critical decisions affecting our profession and the public.
Invest in the Future: By supporting candidates who value the CPA profession, the LAC helps ensure that CPAs remain strong and relevant for years to come.

How Contributions Are Used
When you contribute to the OSCPA Legislative Action Committee (LAC), you’re helping ensure the CPA profession has a respected voice in Oregon’s legislative process. LAC funds are used to support state candidates who understand the issues that matter to CPAs and the business community. Your contribution helps build relationships with policymakers, promote sound tax and regulatory policy, and create opportunities for CPAs to engage directly with elected officials. Every dollar goes toward strengthening advocacy for the profession.
The OCPA/LAC is a separate committee regulated under the Oregon Secretary of State. It is not funded by OSCPA membership dues, but supported entirely by CPAs and public accounting firms.

Every Contribution Counts
Every contribution — large or small — makes a difference in protecting and advancing the CPA profession in Oregon. Your impact is even greater when you commit to automatic monthly contributions of any amount.
Tax Credit Reminder: Depending on income limitations, individuals may receive a $50 tax credit and joint filers a $100 tax credit for their contributions.
