Expanding Access to the Profession
The accounting profession hasn’t always reflected the diversity of the communities it serves, and access to the CPA pathway hasn’t been equal for everyone.
OSCPA is working to help change that by:
- Supporting expanded and more flexible pathways to CPA licensure
- Investing in early outreach that introduces accounting careers to a broader range of students
- Reducing financial barriers through scholarships and exam support
Expanding access means making pathways visible, achievable, and welcoming – and students are a vital part of the future of the profession.
