East County Resolutions Becomes Official 501(c)(3) Nonprofit — Expanding Free Conflict Resolution Services to the Community — East County Resolutions is proud to announce its official designation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, marking a major milestone in our mission to support peaceful communities through accessible conflict resolution services. including mediation, conflict coaching, facilitation, and training for individuals, families, organizations, and neighborhoods. Our goal is to help people navigate conflict with dignity, respect, and the tools needed to build lasting solutions. We are a 1 staff lead organization with a modest budget. As we grow we are seeking CPA help for our quarterly reviews and year end reviews to ensure compliance with our grant funds as well as CPA and nonprofit financial professionals to serve on our Board of Directors. Our Board meetings only quarterly for 2 hours and has 1 retreat per year. Please consider helping our nonprofit succeed!
