Chapters let OSCPA members get involved and network with local peers. Additionally, the OSCPA administrative office is in the Upper NW Region (8), which includes the Portland metropolitan area.

Chapters are represented by council leaders and may hold networking opportunities, host social gatherings, community service projects, or share expertise at local venues.
