This downloadable ethics exam is required to complete the CPA licensing requirement. Within 1-2 business days following registration, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for accessing the course materials. Ethical principles and independence requirements to uphold honesty, objectivity, and professional conduct are examined for accounting and finance professionals earning their CPA license. This course provides professionals with the means to demonstrate to the regulatory authorities an understanding of both the Principles and Rules and the rationale underlying them. Notes: The Oregon Board of Accountancy requires that applicants for initial licensure in Oregon complete this Professional Ethics: AICPA's Comprehensive Course with a score of 90 or above. Candidates do not have to pass all parts of the CPA exam before completing this ethics course. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days from the AICPA when you register for this class. The confirmation email will include instructions for accessing the course materials.
