Volunteer Board opportunities

Our services are designed with a focus on the continuum of care from prevention to intensive treatment for children, youth and families who are experiencing difficulties with emotional and behavioral issues and/or alcohol and drug abuse.  To meet the real needs of children and parents, we emphasize strengths and empower families.

Youth Contact has recently gotten a new Executive Director, after our previous director of 40 years retired. The new Executive Director would like to build up our board to a more robust and active board than we have had in the past. Board members currently are meeting for 1-2 hours quarterly, via zoom. There is not much time required other than board meetings. We would love to get a financial person on the board to help round out the membership. Some of our goals for the agency are to improve our retirement plan and ensure our investments are being well managed. Having a person on the board with this specific financial expertise would be invaluable to us. Please reach out to me so we can discuss our needs more. I look forward to getting to know you.
