New! 2026-27 Accounting Access Scholarship – Apply by Feb. 9

OSCPA is committed to strengthening the future of the accounting profession in Oregon by expanding access to education and opportunity. The OSCPA Educational Foundation’s new Accounting Access Scholarship, made possible through an Oregon Board of Accountancy scholarship grant, is designed to support students who face financial barriers as they pursue an accounting degree or certificate.

This scholarship is ideal for students who may not otherwise have the financial support to stay on track toward an accounting career in Oregon.

Application deadline: February 9, 2026

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must:

• Be Federal Pell Grant or Oregon Opportunity Grant eligible
• Be enrolled in an eligible institution for at least 6 quarter or semester credit hours per term during the 2026–27 academic year
• Be pursuing a degree or certificate in accounting and intend to become a professional accountant in Oregon
• Have a minimum 2.5 GPA in business/accounting courses
• Have completed at least one business/accounting course
