Prior to working at Jones & Roth, Brandon spent 4.5 years working at a "Big Four" accounting firm where he led end-to-end university recruitment across 7 offices in 4 states, overseeing everything from candidate sourcing to training and onboarding. Before his time in public accounting, he held various capacities in higher education administration, from career services to large scale campus events.

Tricia Duncan serves as Director of Operations for Jones & Roth, helping guide the firm's strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and long-term vision. Throughout her career, Tricia has been committed to advancing the accounting profession and developing future leaders. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oregon Society of CPAs and previously served on the Board of the OSCPA Educational Foundation, supporting initiatives that strengthen the profession and create opportunities for emerging accounting professionals. Tricia also teaches business courses at the University of Oregon, where she enjoys sharing practical business knowledge and real-world experience with the next generation of business leaders.
