Donna Salter, Owner, Catalyst Leadership LLC
Donna Salter
Donna W. Salter is the founder of Catalyst Leadership, LLC. For over thirty years she has created numerous professional development programs designed for intentional positive leadership. Donna is certified to deliver numerous concepts and principles based on a wide variety of professional development topics. She enjoyed a combined 35 years as the director of professional development for several CPA membership organizations (Utah and North Carolina) and led the operation of Leadership Academy for the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA-CIMA). Donna earned a B.S. degree—with honors—from the University of Mount Olive
in North Carolina, majoring in Management and Organizational Development and a minor in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
