Overview

Anyone who has ever attended a lecture-format ethics seminar knows there is a much better way. Cases in Corporate Ethics provides an opportunity for lively group discussion of real world, ethical dilemmas. Cases in Corporate Ethics examines eight cases drawn from real life business conflicts involving corporate financial managers.

NOTE: This course meets the Oregon Board of Accountancy’s biennial four-hour ethics requirement.

Prerequisites

Participants should have at least six months of industry or public experience and a thorough knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. Management experience will be helpful.
