Jeff Karnthong, Cost Segregation Authority LLC Dba CSA Partners
Jeff Karnthong is an Account Executive at CSA Partners, specializing in consultative sales and strategic partnerships within the tax incentive space. With a focus on Cost Segregation, 179D,and 45L, Jeff works closely with commercial property owners, CPAs, and financial professionals to identify and maximize tax-saving opportunities that support long-term financial growth.
Before joining CSA Partners, Jeff led business development efforts in the Western U.S. at Source Advisors, where he played a key role in expanding their client pipeline. He also held Account Executive roles in the SaaS industry, where he honed his skills in full-cycle sales, territory management, and executive-level client engagement. His transition into tax consulting reflects his passion for real estate and strategic advisory, bringing a client-first approach to every engagement.
Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Chico. Outside of work, he's passionate about helping others grow, whether that's mentoring newer reps or helping clients uncover opportunities they didn't know existed. He enjoys camping, fishing, cooking, and discovering new restaurants. A San Francisco native, Jeff's favorite travel memory is a cross-country road trip, and Japan is at the top of his travel bucket list. He enjoys time with his long-term partner and values close connections with his family and community.
