OSCPA Fall Basketball League

Overview

Basketball anyone? We're excited to bring back the annual OSCPA Fall Basketball League! Sign up your company as a team in the 2025 season. Your team must be 50% company employees (see below for additional details); the remaining teammates may be outside players. The league will play at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA. This is a great way to build camaraderie among peers as well as network with other CPAs.

Space is limited to 8 teams! Hurry to sign up and ensure your team's space in the league.

OSCPA Fall League begins Tuesday, September 16, 2025 - New Start Date!

• Teams will play 1 game per week, with games played every Tuesday (No games on Tues., 9/30).
• Games generally will have start times of 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
• 7 game guarantee, and single-elimination tournament. Up to 8 teams will then be placed in a seeded bracket (single elimination) to decide a league champion. Depending on the number of teams there is the potential for 7 games.
• Teams will provide one person (player or spectator) for keeping score or running the clock.
• Games will be played in 2 halves with 22 minute running clocks.
• There will be stopped clock in the second half if the score is within 10 points in the last two minutes.
• Don't have a team? Register as an "individual player" below. If we have enough individual sign-ups we can put you all together as a team. We will then send an invoice to each individual for $75 per player.

League Requirements:

• Cost: $775 per team (payable to the OSCPA).
• A team is 8 players minimum with at least 50% of team players being company employees.
• Two team players must be OSCPA members.
• Every player must sign a waiver form at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA front desk before they will be permitted to participate.
• One person will need to keep score or run the score clocks.
• Team players are required to wear a numbered uniform (reversible jerseys are strongly recommended) – supplied by the team.
• Each team must supply their own basketballs.
• Complete "game rules" will be forwarded to your Team Captain upon confirmation of your firm/business playing in the 2025 OSCPA Fall Basketball League.
