Overview

Unhealthy behavior in the workplace can create a drama-laden, hostile work environment, negatively impact productivity and increase turnover. When team members are focused on how they can one-up their counterparts or are fearful of their co-workers/leaders actions towards them - they are NOT focused on reaching your company’s goals.

Taking credit for someone else’s work. Repeatedly belittling a co-worker. Withholding essential information. Failing to invite someone to an essential meeting. Ignoring a coworker with the intent to harm or control. Engaging in ongoing passive-aggressive behavior in which words and actions appear harmless but have the intent to harm or control.
