Professional Development Seminars & Conferences

OSCPA conferences allow you to connect with potential new customers in person, putting you directly in contact with qualified business prospects and engaged decision makers. Develop your brand recognition and maximize your exposure by taking advantage of OSCPA’s full range of sponsorship opportunities. Note: For most conferences, exhibit tables are placed in the meeting room where you have maximum exposure to conference participants!

All exhibitor and sponsorship packages include:

  • Recognition of your sponsorship announced during opening announcements, plus recognition in pre-event promotions and post-event coverage in OSCPA communications
  • Your logo and business contact information on event signage and in sponsor list included in conference materials

Complete Conference Sponsorship: $2800 per day

  • Entire exhibitor package ($375 value)
  • Sponsorship of breaks, breakfast and lunch ($2,750 value)

Breakfast Sponsor / Break Sponsor: $675 one-day; $1,100 two-day

  • One-page ad in the conference manual
  • Premium sign on easel by breakfast/break area
  • Six-foot skirted table with two chairs. Alternatively, sponsors who prefer not to attend in person may provide marketing materials to be place on the sponsorship table in the exhibit area
  • Meal pass for two representatives to attend meal and break functions

Lunch Sponsor: $1,400 one-day; $2,250 two-day

  • One-page ad in the conference manual
  • Premium sign in the luncheon area
  • Recognition during lunch announcements

OSCPA Member Events Sponsorships

OSCPA hosts a variety of member gatherings for learning and connecting with colleagues and other professionals. These events offer you the opportunity to build brand awareness and recognition with leaders in Oregon’s accounting and business community. Some events, such as socials and luncheons happen throughout the year, while others are can’t miss annual events that include individual accounting professionals as well as business managers and owners.

Accounting Connect Socials: $300 per Social or $800 per series (three socials)

These after-hours socials bring colleagues together for building and renewing professional connections. All members – from new professionals and rising stars, to senior managers, partners, and executives – are invited. Sponsorship includes hosted appetizer and drink ticket for one representative. Average attendance: 15-20

Emerging Professionals Programs: $300 per event

This programs are designed for accounting students and new professionals with up to three years experience. The sessions are interactive, conversational, and informative, with each including a career-building topic designed for this audience. Sponsorship includes meal (if applicable) for one representative. Average attendance: 15-30

Circle of Excellence – May 2, 2019

The OSCPA Circle of Excellence Awards program and banquet celebrates the accounting profession in Oregon. Individuals are recognized for their academic and professional advancements and achievements. Honorees include OSCPA Educational Foundation scholarship recipients, top college accounting students, top scorers on the CPA Exam, newly certified CPAs, and members celebrating milestone membership status. Attendance includes OSCPA members as well as accounting educators and Oregon Board of Accountancy representatives. Average attendance: 275

Career Showcase – September 24, 2019

The OSCPA Career Showcase is an opportunity for public accounting firms, governmental agencies, and industry organizations to meet accounting students and recruit for open positions within their companies. Average attendance: 250 / Typical number of employers represented: 25-30

OSCPA Professional Issues Update – December 3, 2019

At this annual capstone event, nationally recognized speakers and trusted regional experts provide insights on the key issues, trends, and challenges impacting the CPA profession in the U.S. and internationally. This unique event also includes a focused update on Oregon’s legislative and economic environments and an overview from the Oregon Board of Accountancy. Available in-person and via live simultaneous webcast for maximum reach statewide. Average combined attendance (in-person and webcast): 130
