OSCPA is going paperless this CPE season

For several years OSCPA has been offering the option of paperless (electronic) materials for various CPE events. During the past two years all materials were distributed electronically. The overall feedback from members has been positive. This year OSCPA is transitioning to the following:
  • Seminars: OSCPA will continue to provide electronic materials for all CPE seminars.
  • Multiple speaker conferences: Participants will continue to have the option to select either electronic or hardcopy (printed) materials at the time of registration.

Electronic Materials FAQs:

Question: When can I download my electronic materials?

Answer: Electronic materials are available to download two business days prior to the course via an email sent to participants. Be sure to add oscpamessenger@orcpa.org to your safe senders list. Because internet quality and wi-fi access cannot be guaranteed at some facilities, we recommend you download your electronic materials prior to arriving at the event location.

Question: How can I view the downloaded electronic materials?

Answer: Electronic materials can be viewed on your laptop, tablet, or favorite electronic device. Or you can print them prior to the course and bring them with you. It is recommended to have your device fully charged prior to arriving.

Question: How will electronic materials be formatted?

Answer: Electronic materials are provided in a PDF. We recommend having Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0 or higher. Download this free version of Adobe Reader so you can easily annotate your materials on your tablet or laptop.

Question: May I share my electronic materials with others?

Answer: Electronic materials are intellectual property which belong to the authors and therefore may not be distributed. Permission to download or print is granted exclusively to the paid attendee.
