Electronic Course Materials
Even more OSCPA conferences will offer electronic course materials this fall and next year. Make sure to take advantage of this convenient option and help us reduce our carbon footprint while you’re at it! It’s quick and easy to download your materials.
- Three to five days prior to your conference, you’ll receive an email from the OSCPA with a link to download the PDF of the materials.* Download this free version of Adobe Reader so you can easily annotate your materials on your tablet or laptop
- Reserved tables with electrical access will be available to participants who have chosen to receive conference materials electronically.
- Wi-Fi access cannot always be provided at the conference or the Wi-Fi connection may not always be reliable. We recommend you download the course materials prior to the conference.
Question: Can I forward and share the conference materials with a colleague?
Answer: No, these conference participant materials are protected under copyright law and cannot be forwarded or duplicated.
Question: If I selected electronic delivery for my course materials, can I still pick up a paper copy at the conference?
Answer: You have up to five days prior to the conference to change your mind about how you receive the course materials. A hard copy of the materials will not be provided to you onsite if you have chosen to receive the materials electronically.
Question: What kind of computer should I use at the conference, a tablet or laptop?
Answer: Laptops are great tools but a tablet has much longer battery life. Remember that not all seats at the conference will have access to an electrical outlet.
* The link to the electronic conference materials will be disabled three days after the event. Please make sure to download your conference materials to a personal computer for later reference.
