Overview

Co-sponsored by the OSCPA Emerald Empire Chapter and the UO Beta Alpha Psi Chapter.

Come and join us for the 2024 University Night! This event provides accounting students with the opportunity to meet local CPAs and to learn about their chosen career.

UO Student Fee: $0.00
CPA/New Professional Fee: $50.00

Students: The format for the evening is to match each student with a CPA or New Professional so that you have a dedicated sponsor to answer your questions. Your CPA will contact you prior to the event and arrange to meet you prior to the event (or you may contact them).

You will see many of your classmates at this event and the professionals are very eager to share their experiences with you. They understand that you may not yet know exactly what CPAs do – they remember being in the same position themselves. They hope to give you the insights that others gave them years ago.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about your future career whether it is in public accounting, industry or government.

Registration is Closed.

Questions? Please contact Mary Savage, Instructor of Accounting, University of Oregon at Mary Savage.

CPAs/New Professionals: You will be matched with a UO accounting student for the evening. We need CPAs and New Professionals to be champions for students, which means contacting an assigned student prior to the event and arranging to meet the student at the event. Your time and insights are greatly appreciated.

Registration is Closed. Space is limited so registration may close early!

Questions? Please contact Sarah Coffman at Sarah Coffman or Tonna Hollis.
