Major Subjects

Small- to medium-sized nonprofits often struggle to balance the fine line between having sufficient internal controls to protect the organization and having too many internal controls that become burdensome to their small accounting department. This session will cover the types of controls that any small- to medium-sized nonprofit can implement in order to provide for internal controls in an operating environment which includes the challenges of social distancing, limited funding, and an annual audit.
