Matthew Thorup
Matthew Thorup is the Audit Section Manager for the City of Portland's Revenue Division. He has been with the Revenue Division since 2018. Prior to joining the Revenue Division, he worked for the Oregon Department of Revenue in the Personal Tax and Corporate Tax programs as an auditor and policy analyst.
Matthew graduated from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa (2010).
