  • Employment Law Update

    In this session, we will review the current employment law landscape in Oregon. We will analyze how recently enacted employment legislation has been impacting employers in the state and cover laws that will become effective in the coming months. We will also discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has completely reshaped employment and touch on employment issues arising from the Black Lives Matter movement.
