William Blair

William H. Blair, CPA Mr. Blair has over 30 years experience as a CPA and has functioned as the top financial officer and/or finance professional for a number of startup, troubled and emerging companies for the past 20 years, including the arrangement of financing, dealing with banks and government agencies for loans. Such companies have included retail, high tech, manufacturing, mining and the service industries and have spanned the US, New Zealand, South America and China. Bill currently sits on the Board of Directors for several local privately held companies. He has also served as a board director for several non-profit entities in the past and currently sits on the Board of Kinship House. Mr. Blair holds his CPA license in Oregon and is a past accounting instructor at Western Washington University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He has conducted numerous presentations covering accounting, finance, strategic planning, management and leadership.

Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson earned his Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and later his Masters in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1994. He served in the United States Navy from 1994 until 2006, working as a Division Officer on the USS Carl Vinson and USS John McCain, Operations Officer on the USS Curtis Wilbur where he led all operations and planning efforts for the one billion dollar warship deployed to Japan, and finally as the Nuclear Engineering Officer on the USS John Stennis. After his time in the Navy, Kevin earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in operations and finance, from the University of Washington. He has been the Minority Owner and Winemaker at his family's vineyard, Dion Vineyards, along with his wife Beth Klingner since 2006. His nine to five work consists of being the Financial Planning & Analysis Team Lead in the Manufacturing Validation & Engineering part of Intel Corporation, a role that he has held since 2016. He previously worked as the Senior Cost Analyst for Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (Spacex) from 2011 to 2014 and before, was first at Intel Corporation from 2008 to 2011 as the Senior Financial Analyst for the Technology Manufacturing Group Central Components Cost Team

Maria Pearman

Maria Pearman is the Principal of Radix Accounting, an integrated accounting firm focused on breweries and creative services. Radix offers bookkeeping, payroll, contract CFO services, tax prep and tax planning. Outside of Radix, Maria serves as the lead instructor of Becker CPA Review in the Portland area and serves as the Chair of the OSCPA's Business & Industry Project Committee.
