Major Subjects

Keynote Presentations:

  • DiSC® the Personal Assessment Tool
People are different. Very different. One key fundamental concept in leadership is understanding how
different personalities are motivated and how they interact. In this session, participants will be introduced
to the DISC Personality Profiling System. Each participant will take a self assessment and the results
    will be discussed and evaluated

  • Strengths Based Leadership
One common theme you've likely heard in your career is to "work on your weaknesses." What if, instead
of working on our weaknesses, we instead, decide to focus on our strengths? In the second session
geared towards our uniqueness and personality as leaders we will dive deep into Tom Rath's "Strengths
Based Leadership" Bestselling Book. Participants will take a self assessment before the program. Once
we identify our own strengths we can supplement our weaknesses with other team members.

  • Crucial Conversations®
When stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong, casual conversations become crucial. Whether it's a problem with poor quality, employee challenges, declining customer satisfaction, or a strained relationship, if you can't talk honestly you can expect poor results. This workshop will provide skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of the organization.
