Objective
The Business Management & Advisory Services Strategic Committee identifies current and emerging issues impacting private industry, develops programs to communicate those issues to OSCPA members, and provides tools to enhance their role as trusted advisors for addressing those issues with their employers or clients. These programs include the Business & Industry Conference / Mini-series, generally each fall; short CPE topics of interest during the year; and other learning opportunities the committee identifies on an ongoing basis.
The committee works to identify topics pertinent to the CPA profession, select conference speakers, and represent a variety of member interests and professional practices at the conference, such as CPAs, CFOs, controllers, and other financial managers in industry.
Visit Volunteer Meetings for upcoming meetings.
OSCPA committee members meet to discuss programs, projects, events, etc. relating to the Business Management & Advisory Services Strategic Committee. Meeting notices are emailed approximately two weeks prior to scheduled meetings.
