Meeting spaces include free parking and audio-visual equipment as indicated below unless otherwise noted.

Catering Options

OSCPA provides choice of lunch options:

  • Catered buffet lunch by OSCPA official caterer Eat at Joe's. Minimum charge is $450, serving 1-20 people. Each additional person is $17 per person.
  • Boxed lunches from Ingallina's Box Lunch (starting at $13.50)

Beverage Break

Coffee, Decaf, Tea, Soft Drinks:

  • Upper Learning Center: Max capacity 42 (depending on layout)
  • Lower Learning Center: Max capacity 30 (depending on layout)

Beverage Break including Continental  & Snacks:*

  • $6.00 Half day – per person
  • $9.00 Full day - per person

* Breakfast pastries, juice, and snack basket during afternoon break

Deposits, Gratuity, Finalization of Details, Special setups, etc.

  • Deposits: Events are subject to 50% of the anticipated charges seven (7) days prior to the event. Deposits will be retained by OSCPA should the event be cancelled less than seven (7) days in advance. The deposit for meeting room will be waived for OSCPA members.
  • Special needs requests: All special requests shall be provided seven (7) business days in advance.
  • Function Sheets: Renting entity shall provide OSCPA with details of meeting needs 30 days prior to event unless other time frame has been arranged with OSCPA in advance.
  • Changes to setups: Changes to setups after 3:00 pm the day prior or on the day of the event will incur a $150 charge.

Financial Responsibility & Payment

Upon signature of the Event Agreement, the renting entity is financially responsible for payment to OSCPA of all sums owning including room rental fee, deposits, food & beverage service, gratuity and all other services as arranged for the event by the OSCPA.

Payment for room rental and any and all services incurred related to the event must be received in full by 5:00 p.m. 30 days following the date of the event.
