Charles R. Mello
Charles Mello is the audit partner at Deloitte LLP in Portland, where he has worked for more than 18 years, focused on the power, utility, and health care sectors. As office audit leader, he is responsible for a wide range of public and private company audits. Charles has been an OSCPA member since 1999.
Geoffrey T. Dougall
Geoffrey Dougall is managing partner at Dougall Conradie LLC in Portland. Geoff joined the firm after nearly 11 years working in public accounting and the software industry in Dallas, Texas. Under his leadership, Dougall Conradie has grown to be a top 25 accounting firm in the Portland area. Geoff has been an OSCPA member since 2004.
Tracy M. Allen
Tracy Allen is partner at Aldrich CPAs + Advisors LLP in Lake Oswego and leads Oregon’s construction industry practice at the firm. She has spent over 20 years in public accounting and also provides attest and consulting services to her clients. Tracy is passionate about the CPA profession and educating professionals. She has been an OSCPA member since 1999.
Selene L. Sullivan
Selene Sullivan is shareholder and president of Principle Accounting PC in Eugene. She specializes in taxation, business consulting, estate planning, and retirement planning. She currently also serves on the nonprofit boards for Christians As Family Advocates and Northwest Christian University. Selene has been a member of OSCPA since 2001.
Karen C. Anderson
Karen Anderson is chief financial officer at Onboard Dynamics in Bend. She spent 15 years in public accounting before accepting a position as CFO at Western Communications, Inc. (WCI) in Bend. After 13 years with WCI, Karen returned to public accounting for six years as partner at Price Fronk & Co. Ultimately deciding her heart was in industry, she joined Onboard Dynamics as CFO in 2018. She has been an OSCPA member since 1994.
Laura K. Bergstrom
Laura Bergstrom is federal tax director at KBF CPAs LLP in Portland. Prior to her current role, she held positions in both business and public accounting, specializing in corporate and international taxation. Laura is a member and past-chair of the OSCPA Professional Conduct Committee. She has been an OSCPA member since 2006.
Kelly S. Bosch
Kelly Bosch is chief financial officer with the University of Oregon Foundation in Eugene. Kelly is responsible for the fiscal functions of the Foundation, which supports the mission of the University of Oregon by receiving, investing, and disbursing private gifts given to the university. She has been an OSCPA member since 2001.
Mary L. Ericksen
Mary Ericksen is an advisory team associate at Buckingham Strategic Wealth in Ashland. Mary assists clients by building financial plans, implementing and rebalancing portfolios, and listening to their questions and concerns. Mary has been an OSCPA member since 2013.
Cynthia A. Granatir
Cynthia Granatir started working in accounting in 1995 as an auditor for Talbot, Korvola & Warwick LLP, serving primarily governmental clients. From 2003 through late 2020, she served as chief accountant for Marion County. Cynthia is a licensed municipal auditor and member of AICPA, OSCPA, GFOA & OGFOA. She has been a member of the OSCPA Governmental A&A Committee for most of her career and an OSCPA member since 2000.
Gary A. Holcomb
Gary Holcomb is partner at Ernst & Young LLP in Portland. With 26 years of experience in state and local tax consulting, he leads the firm’s state and local tax practice in Seattle, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Before entering public accounting, he worked as a tax policy analyst for the Arizona Department of Revenue. Gary has been an OSCPA member since 2004.
Pedro J. Nunez Dieguez
Pedro Nunez Dieguez is founder of People First Consulting LLC in Beaverton. He provides controller and CFO services to a variety of organizations, including small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Before establishing his own company, he spent a year as a consultant and worked several years in public accounting. Pedro has been an OSCPA member since 2011.
David S. Porter
David Porter is shareholder at Geffen Mesher & Company PC in Portland and launched the firm's forensic accounting group. Before joining Geffen Mesher, David worked in public accounting for 15 years, started and led two consulting firms, and served as vice president of finance and controller for a technology manufacturer. He has been an OSCPA member since 1978.
Harriet A. Strothers
Harriet Strothers is the state and local tax partner and CAO at Delap LLP in Lake Oswego where she has worked since 2014. Harriet has over 40 years of experience in providing state and local tax advisory and compliance services. Prior to reentering public accounting, Harriet spent 15 years with The Ryland Group - a Fortune 500 homebuilder and mortgage lender that operates in 28 states. She has been an OSCPA member since 2008.
