Amy Dale is a municipal audits manager with the Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division in Salem. She has more than 15 years' experience leading financial and federal compliance audits for a variety of state agencies and programs. Amy has been an OSCPA member since 2006.

Kari Patterson

Kari T. Patterson


Kari Patterson is the vice president of finance with PacificSource Health Plans in Springfield. She has been in corporate finance since joining PacificSource in 2004, after nearly three years working in public accounting. Kari has been an OSCPA member since 2003.

Selene Petersen

Selene L. Sullivan

Vice Chair

Selene Sullivan is shareholder and president of Principle Accounting PC in Eugene. She specializes in taxation, business consulting, estate planning, and retirement planning. She currently also serves on the nonprofit boards for CAFA and Northwest Christian University. Selene has been a member of OSCPA since 2001.

Jay Richardson is a partner at Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP where he practices law in the business, tax, estate planning, and real estate practice groups. His practice emphasizes taxation, business formation and transactions, estate planning, and employee benefit plan consulting. Jay has been an OSCPA member since 1984.

Gary Holcomb

Gary A. Holcomb


Gary Holcomb is the executive director at Ernst & Young LLP in Portland. He leads the firm's state and local tax practice in Seattle, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Gary has been an OSCPA member since 2004.

Charles Mello

Charles Mello is the audit partner at Deloitte LLP in Portland, where he has served for more than 15 years, focused on the power, utility, and health care sectors. Charles has been an OSCPA member since 1999.



Tracy Allen

Tracy M. Allen


Tracy Allen is a partner with Aldrich CPAs + Advisors LLP in Lake Oswego. Tracy brings with her over a decade of experience and focuses on the construction industry. She provides financial and accounting services, cash-flow and internal control reviews, as well as tax planning and consultation to her clients. She has been an OSCPA member since 1999.

Ross Holliday

Ross E. Holliday


Ross Holliday is a senior tax manager at Boldt Carlisle + Smith in Albany. He started his public accounting career working for a large regional firm in Astoria and later in Portland, then spent 11 years as a controller for a not-for-profit lending institution in Salem before joining Boldt Carlisle + Smith in January 2017. Ross has been a member of OSCPA since 1995.

Gary McGee

Gary N. McGee


Gary McGee is the founder and managing partner of Gary McGee & Co.,  a highly specialized independent accounting firm based in Portland that works exclusively with non-profit, tax-exempt organizations and their donors. Gary has worked in the tax-exempt community for more than 30 years, representing a broad range of non-profit organizations. He has been an OSCPA member since 1991.

Tonya Moffitt

Tonya Moffitt is the managing partner of Merina & Company LLP in West Linn. She teaches continuing professional education classes to CPAs, industry professionals, and students for the AICPA, OSCPA, Oregon Government Finance Officers Association, and other organizations. Tonya has been an OSCPA member since 2004.

Robert Riley

Robert J. Riley


Rob Riley is an owner at Isler Northwest LLC in Portland. He focuses his practice in the elder care continuum, real estate transactions, manufacturing businesses, and professional service firms (legal and consulting). Rob has been an OSCPA member since 2003.
