Tracy M. Allen
Chair
Tracy brings over 20 years of CPA experience focusing in the construction industry. She leads Aldrich's Oregon construction industry practice, providing attest and consulting services to her clients. Tracy was previously named as a Daily Journal of Commerce Women of Vision award recipient for her dedication and service to the construction industry and has spoken nationally on various construction topics. She has been a member of OSCPA since 1999.

John D. Hawkins
Chair-Elect
John Hawkins, originally from Tennessee, received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University in 1984. He began working at Grove, Mueller & Swank as an intern in 1986, after his second year of law school. John received his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1987. He took and passed the bar exam, the CPA exam and became a dad all within 10 weeks in 1987. John has been an OSCPA member since 1988.

Gary A. Holcomb
Vice Chair
Gary Holcomb is partner at Ernst & Young LLP in Portland. With 26 years of experience in state and local tax consulting, he leads the firm’s state and local tax practice in Seattle, Portland, and Salt Lake City. Before entering public accounting, he worked as a tax policy analyst for the Arizona Department of Revenue. Gary has been an OSCPA member since 2004.

Geoffrey T. Dougall
Past Chair
Geoffrey Dougall is managing partner at Dougall Conradie LLC in Portland. Geoff joined the firm after nearly 11 years working in public accounting and the software industry in Dallas, Texas. Under his leadership, Dougall Conradie has grown to be a top 25 accounting firm in the Portland area. Geoff has been an OSCPA member since 2005.

Adam R. K. Abplanalp
Director
Adam Abplanalp has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2010, and in 2015 he founded Cobalt, P.C., a real estate-focused CPA firm located in Portland, where he currently serves as Managing Partner and CEO. Adam's practice focuses on providing best-in-class tax, accounting, and advisory services to real estate owners, investors, property managers, brokers, and developers. Adam also specializes in state and local tax consulting, planning, and legislative monitoring, especially in Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. Adam holds CPA licenses in Oregon, Washington, New York, Hawaii, and British Columbia (Canada), is a licensed real estate Principal Broker (Oregon) and Managing Broker (Washington), and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. Adam has been an OSCPA member since 2010.

Karen C. Anderson
Director
Karen started her career with EY (formerly Arthur Young). In 1993 she and her husband moved to Salem, Oregon where she worked for Grove, Mueller and Swank for six years before accepting the CFO position with Western Communications, Inc. (WCI) in Bend. WCI owned multiple newspaper publications in Oregon and California. After more than 13 years with WCI and helping navigate the company through seismic shifts in the industry, she accepted an offer to go back into public accounting with Price Fronk & Co. where she was a partner for six years. Ultimately deciding her heart was in industry, she joined Onboard Dynamics as CFO in 2018 and is enjoying learning about the startup world.

Jonathan D. Grover
Director
Since 2011, Jon has been the Finance Manager for the City of Hillsboro. Jon's team is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger, treasury management, grant accounting, and accounts receivable. Jon is active in the OSCPA Governmental Accounting & Auditing Strategic Committee and has been a speaker at conferences for the OSCPA and the Oregon Government Finance Officers Association.

Megan S. Kurz
Director
Megan Kurz obtained her B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University in 2005 and her Master of Accounting from University of Oregon in 2006. Afterwards, she joined KPMG Portland, where she served a variety of multinational publicly-traded clients. After approximately eight years, Megan joined Lithia Motors, Inc., as a Senior Director. In 2019, Megan joined the KDP team and became a partner in 2021. Megan has been an OSCPA member since 2021.

Tiffany K. Nash
Director
Tiffany spent several years in the airline industry doing accounting and tax work. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a BS in Business Administration, she returned to her hometown Eugene to begin her CPA career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Currently, Tiffany is the tax director at Kernutt Stokes, LLP, and has been serving clients with tax planning and consulting for over 20 years. She specializes in state and local tax and enjoys helping clients navigate doing business in multiple jurisdictions.

Pedro J. Nunez Dieguez
Director
Pedro Nunez Dieguez is founder of People First Consulting LLC in Beaverton. He provides controller and CFO services to a variety of organizations, including small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Before establishing his own company, he spent a year as a consultant and worked several years in public accounting. Pedro has been an OSCPA member since 2011.

David S. Porter
Director
David Porter is shareholder at Geffen Mesher & Company PC in Portland and launched the firm's forensic accounting group. Before joining Geffen Mesher, David worked in public accounting for 15 years, started and led two consulting firms, and served as vice president of finance and controller for a technology manufacturer. He has been an OSCPA member since 1978.

Ray L. Widmer III
Director
RL is partner at Moss Adams LLP, Eugene. He has worked in public accounting since 2008. His focus is business and individual taxation, and he has extensive experience providing comprehensive tax services and general business consulting to construction, real estate, and manufacturing companies. RL provides firm-wide support and consulting for 1031 like-kind exchanges and has experience advising business on Qualified Opportunity Zone compliance and tax benefits.

Yvonne D. Zbranak
Director
Yvonne D. Zbranak is partner at Silverline LLP in Bend. Yvonne graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Accounting. For over twenty years, she has been practicing accounting in both Oregon and California for a wide range of clients.
