New CPE Ethics Requirements Effective January 1, 2009! The OSCPA is offering an expanded variety of ethics classes statewide to meet your needs for the 2009-10 CPE year. Oregon Board of Accountancy (BOA) OAR 801-040-0010 – Basic Requirements: Effective January 1, 2009 for the June 30th reporting period, the BOA’s ethics CPE renewal requirement for Oregon licensees has been changed to four hours every two years – previously, four hours of BOA approved ethics CPE were required “at least once every four years.”  Please see Professional Conduct and Ethics CPE for more information.   Do you have questions regarding Cost Segregation?
