Firms listed in the Find-a-CPA™ Directory have chosen to participate in this public service program by notifying the OSCPA of their intent to list their firm in the directory; firms with bold listings have paid a fee to have their firm name bolded, but are otherwise not given any preferential listing placement within the directory.
The information provided by each of the firms is not verified or validated by the OSCPA. Accordingly, the accuracy of the information listed is solely the responsibility of the listed firm and not the OSCPA. Listing in the Find-a-CPA™ Directory service does not constitute or imply any endorsement of the services of these firms by the OSCPA. Neither the OSCPA nor any of its members makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information contained in the Find-a-CPA™ Directory service or the quality of the services provided. However, firms participating in this directory must meet the following guidelines for participation:
Have one or more partners / owners as active members-in-good-standing with the Oregon Society of CPAs.
CPAs representing firms in this program must adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct of the OSCPA and rules and regulations of the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
Be a registered firm with the Oregon Board of Accountancy.
While the Oregon Society of CPAs “Find-A-CPA Directory” is available to the general public, information herein is provided for private individual use only and commercial use, research use, or other solicitation without the prior express permission of the Oregon Society of CPAs is strictly prohibited. The “Find-A-CPA Directory can not be considered an authoritative source of data.
