About The OSCPA Educational Foundation

Since 1985, The OSCPA Educational Foundation has awarded financial aid to over 800 deserving students here in Oregon. In 2008, the Foundation exceeded the $1 million mark in total donations. The support these high school seniors and college students receive from the Foundation helps ensure qualified candidates will be available to meet the growing demand for the CPA profession.

Our Goal

ORCPA Educational Foundation

Our goal is to help as many students as possible by increasing the available pool of funds, which will be used to:

To achieve this goal, we have partnered with the OSCPA Career Development Team to expose students to the accounting profession. The Foundation requests your financial assistance to help prepare and support a growing number of promising students.

How Your Contribution Will Help

The OSCPA Educational Foundation offers several ways to contribute. Each year the Foundation strives to increase the number of accounting scholarships offered to both high school seniors and college students. Your contribution is a vital part of ensuring enough accounting professionals for the future. By contributing to the Foundation you will help students achieve their educational goals and secure a pipeline of qualified CPA candidates for the future.

Named Fund Contributions ($1,000 or more)

Diamond donors have two contribution options.

  1. An initial contribution of $1,000 or more immediately funds a scholarship in the donor's name.
  2. Alternatively, diamond donors can pledge $1,000 and pay the amount over a period of time, up to four years, with a minimum payment of $250 per year. The pledge, when paid in full, will fund a scholarship in the donor’s name.

Endowment Funds

Many contributors have established and funded endowments that help ensure the continued success of the scholarship program. A donor may establish a minimum $20,000 new endowment or contribute to an existing endowment.
