Since 1969, the AICPA Minority Initiatives Committee has awarded scholarships to outstanding undergraduate and graduate accounting students of ethnically diverse backgrounds.
Since 1969, the AICPA Minority Initiatives Committee has awarded scholarships to outstanding undergraduate and graduate accounting students of ethnically diverse backgrounds. The AICPA Scholarship for Minority Accounting Students provides financial awards of up to $3,000 to students based on academic merit, leadership and commitment to pursuing the CPA credential. For the 2009-2010 academic year, 94 students were awarded scholarships totaling over $262,000. Application deadline for 2010: March 15, 2010.
