ResuméLink is a free service available to individual job seekers only. Neither the OSCPA nor its members makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any liability or responsibility for the operation of the Web site resumé posting service or the content of any postings.

By posting your resumé on the OSCPA Web site you are agreeing to waive, release, and hold harmless the OSCPA and its members from any and all claims arising from, or related in any way to, the OSCPA Web site, the Web site resumé posting service, or your individual resumé.

Resumés will be posted for 60 days. After that time they will automatically be removed from the Web site. If a participant would like to extend the resumé posting for two additional months or remove a resumé, they may contact the OSCPA Marketing and Public Relations Department at rkyqopvysdlkra@cvpgd.kdk. The OSCPA assumes no responsibility concerning the maintenance or renewal of resumé postings. It is the participant's responsibility to monitor the status of their resumé posting.

The OSCPA does not provide any security or confidentiality protection for the information posted on ResuméLink. It is the responsibility of the participant to use caution in disclosing confidential or other information. Persons posting resumés should preview them once they are up on the OSCPA Web site.

The OSCPA reserves the right to remove any or all content that is inappropriate or violates any local, state, national, or international laws.
